Hope is Amazing!
Lately I've been thinking and asking Myself what is hope? well to me the word hope means to have an assurance that something will happen by faith. According to "True to the Faith" hope is Misunderstood to a lot of people like I hope the weather will change today or I hope a friend will come over today, but to the gospel it means sure, unwavering, and active. When we have hope we trust in his promises. According to the scriptures the prophet Moroni taught " Whoso Believeth in god might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make sure and steadfast, always abounding in good words, being led to glorify God"(Ether12:4). This Scripture is really good on hope and faith because its saying we can't have Hope without Faith and we can't have Faith without Hope. Hope in the Websters Dictionary says that 1. A desire supported by confidence of its fulfillment 2. That which is desired 3. Expectation, confidence. I was thinking about another anime that I watch its called Fullmetal Alchemist the two main Characters are Edward Eleric and Alphons Eleric and they have a hope that they will be able to return their bodies back to normal with the philosophers stone but first they hope they can find it first. President James E. Faust taught: " Hope is the Anchor of our souls... " Hope is trust in Cods Promises, faith that if we act now, the desired blessings will be fulfilled in the future.... " The unfailing source of our hope is that we are sons and daughters of god and that his son, the Lord Jesus Christ, saved us from death". As you strive in the Cospel , you grow in your avility to' abound in hope, Through the power of the Holy Ghost"(Romans 15:13). With hope you can find joy in your life. i say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

Seminary Can Change Lives
- Know why you go: Take some time and think of why you go to seminary. Why do your parents, priesthood leaders, and the prophet encourage teenagers to attend? What are the promised blessings?
- Invite a friend: Ask your friends if they are going to take a seminary class this year. If they aren't planning on it or aren't sure, invite them to go to seminary. you both will be blessed and have better year together.
- Be Prepared:Do you Know what you'll be studying that day? Have you read ahead? Have you prayed for answers to the questions you have? If you show up with a question in mind and desire to learn, it will surprise you what you can get out of class.
- Make Time: Do not let home work, sports teams, or school clubs push seminary aside. Make time for seminary no matter what. The lord has promised that when we put spiritual things first, our temporal needs are met.
- Participate: Participate in seminary activities such as scripture mastery, personal scripture reading, class discussions, and writing in your journal throughout the year. You will always get more out of seminary when you actively participate.
- Apply It: Make a plan for how you'll apply what you're learning. What you learn won't your life unless it becomes part of your life.
- Think about it: Take time to stop and think about what you have learned. Write it down. Look back at old journal entries and see how your testimony has grown since you began.
- Have fun!: Get to know your teacher and the other students in your class and help everyone have a good time learning together.

Patience is a Key to Happiness!
I've been thinking about stuff a lot but not as much as patience. What dose Patience mean well it means quite, steady perseverance, even tempered care, and diligence. Well first of all why dose patience means quite because when you have patience you are trying to be quite and wait for something that you want. For example when you are in a meeting you are being patient for the meeting to start. I have an experience where I have dealt with patience and its where I'm in a missionary meeting and I'm waiting for the Mission President I'm sitting quietly and reading my scriptures or my Preach my Gospel until he comes in and starts the meeting. We can also do that when we are praying to our Heavenly Father we wait patiently for the answer to come to us. Why dose patience mean steady perseverance? Because when we have patience we just want to be steady and persevere and keep going with what we started to do and try to accomplish it. President Uchtdorf says the Patience is the ability to put our desires on hold for a time. He also said Patience is a godly attribute that can heal souls, unlock treasures of knowledge and understanding. Patience is truly a fruit of the spirit. Patience is staying to something until the end.

The Shear Act of Kindness!
I've been thinking about something a lot lately. The thing that I've been thinking about is the shear act of kindness and we can use this in our daily lives and how we can show our kindness to others. There are a couple of examples of this. The one that I have been thinking about comes from a TV show that I watch just one person tho his name is Choji Akimichi in the Anime he shows his kindness in a lot of things he is a very gentle person. He is afraid to hurt any of his friends or loved ones. His greatest strength is his kindness that he shows everyone that he loves. Kindness is a very great thing to have when you are helping people out you can show your kindness that you are caring about them. Joseph b. Wirthlin says in General Conference of April 2005: "Kindness is the essence of celestial life. Kindness is how a Christlike person treats others". Kindness is a passport that opens doors and fashions friends. It softens hearts and molds relationships that can last a lifetimes. Kindness should permeate our words and actions, at work, at school, at church, and especially in our homes. Jesus, our Savior, was the epitome of kindness and compassion. There is no substitute for kindness in the home. When we are filled with kindness we are not judgmental towards others.

The Importance Of Members Doing Missionary Work!
I've been thinking about missionary work for a long time even before I went on a mission I wanted to do Missionary work. We have been asked as members to do Missionary work. Jesus Christ has asked us as members of the church to feed his sheep and to not be afraid to share the gospel to any one. Every General Authority has the responsibility to be a missionary. But the Savior was just talking to them he was talking to every one of us to do missionary work. As members of the church we are encouraged to support , assist our missionaries in finding and baptizing many more of our Heavenly fathers children. We as members need to watch over, protect, and inspire the missionaries who are the servants of the Lord. We must be more spiritually in tuned with the spirit so that we can recognize the spirit more when we are going about our day and so we can see the people that are ready to hear the gospel. We must prepare our self so we can assist the missionaries in finding those of Heavenly fathers children that who will embrace the message of the restoration Three things that elder Ballard suggests three things that member missionary work wont be so frightening:
- We must exercise our faith by praying as individually, and as families for many opportunity for missionary work.
- Leaders must lead by example. The spirit will prompt and guide you in finding those interested in our message.
- Member missionary work dose not require the development of strategies or gimmicks. It does require faith.

Having faith to walk cross The Atonement bridge.
Lately I have been thinking about the atonement a lot. Atonement is one of the things that I really think about the most. The Atonement is part of our heavenly fathers plan, and Jesus Christ is in the center of the plan. When I think of the atonement I think that can be forgiven of our sins and that we can repent. The Atonement is something that I think about like everyday. What would have happened if the atonement never happened? Well we wouldn't have been able to dwell with our heavenly father again or we wouldn't have been able to have a sins forgiven and we wont have the repentance process.
When I think of the atonement I think of that I'm standing on the edge of a canyon and That the only way to get to the other side I need to have faith in our lord Jesus Christ then we will be able to get across. I just think the atonement as just a bridge that can help us across. When I have faith in Jesus Christ I will be able to walk across the deep open cavern of a canyon and I just think that the atonement as an invisible bridge to go across and get to Jesus Christ and his father.

The Sweetest Thing is Listening to the Spirit!
I've been thinking about a lot of things but lately, I've been thinking about the Holy Ghost or sometimes we like to call the the Holy Spirit. When I talk about the Holy Ghost I think about a small voice talking in my head. Also when I am thinking about the Holy Ghost I feel really good inside. When I talk about this I get really emotional and a lot of people do to. So one question that I get asked a lot is what is the Holy Ghost and what dose it do? Well the Holy Ghost is one of the members of the God head and he is a personage of spirit and not of flesh and bones. What does he do exactly that is a good question that people ask well he helps us differ the right and the wrong and helps us with the truth he reveals us truth that heavenly father wants us to know. When we are baptized after we get what is called the gift of the Holy Ghost and he is a constant companionship and helps us out any way we can and that we can make the right decisions in life. Ezra Taft Benson says: "Spirituality-being in tune with the spirit of the Lord-is the greatest need that we all have." What President Benson is saying is that when we are tuned in with the spirit we will have the constant companionship of the spirit. The spirit is described in the scriptures as not a loud voice, nor harsh, not a voice of thunder, neither a voice of great tumultuous, but rather still and small, of perfect mildness, as if it had been a whisper, and it can pierce the very soul and can cause the heart to burn. The spirit doesn't get our attention by shouting but by whispering into our hearts and our minds and our souls. Obedience opens the door to the constant companionship of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost inspires virtue, kindness, goodness, tenderness gentleness, and charity. Doctrine and Covenants 130:22-23
22 The Father has a body
of flesh and bones as tangible as man’s; the Son also; but the Holy
Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of Spirit. Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell in us.
